When living in South Williamsport, it is important that you are prepared for anything in terms of the weather. The summer months are generally hot and humid, and average daytime highs can reach well into the 80s. Heat waves with temperatures into the 90s are also possible. An energy efficient central air conditioner with a good SEER rating will keep indoor conditions comfortable throughout the season.

In the winter, weather conditions will be dramatically different. The temperatures will cool off quickly throughout the later fall months, and by January, average daytime highs will only reach the low- to mid-30s. Overnight lows fall well below freezing, so a reliable furnace is a necessity. An HVAC professional can also service these systems regularly to ensure they will work well when needed.
